A Brief History

SYAUQI ENTERPRISE is an ISO company (9001:2015) and was founded on 26 July 1999 by Datin Noraini binti Bharom with the vision of becoming a key player in the construction, interior design and related business sectors locally and abroad. Based on this vision, Datin Noraini binti Bharom and his team are committed to delivering excellent service at competitive prices in timely delivery to its customers.

The company is based in Shah Alam and Sungai Petani, with a wide range of customers through Peninsular Malaysia. Its core business activities include renovation, mechanical, electrical, energy saving,  fiber reinforced pultrusion (FRP), design, services, supplies and trade.

Over 21 years of operation, SYAUQI ENTERPRISE successfully gained turnover RM 165 million. To date, SYAUQI ENTERPRISE has successfully completed several jobs at various iconic projects such as Menara Kuala Lumpur, Menara Alor Setar, Kompleks Makam Mahsuri Langkawi, National Library of Malaysia, Halal Development Corporation Sdn Bhd, Menara TM, Pos Malaysia, UEM Sunrise, TM Point, and HUKM. Not only in Malaysia, SYAUQI ENTERPRISE has also successfully completed projects overseas such as Maybank’s office in Singapore. In 2019, SYAUQI ENTERPRISE was awarded the Best Integrated CME Partner from Telekom Malaysia Berhad.

In 2018, SYAUQI ENTERPRISE was awarded a 10-year contract by Telekom Malaysia Berhad as a provider of energy-saving initiatives that provided long-term value to Telekom Malaysia Berhad which reduced the amount of energy consumption in its building.

SYAUQI EXCELLENT SDN. BHD. was incorporated on 19th October 2004 with the objective to focus on an environment-friendly business center that also includes all electrical, mechanical, and civil engineering works.

The company was first to own by two directors Dato’ Mohd Subri Md Isa and Datin Noraini Bharom with equal share and later on 4th December 2013, one of the shareholders have transferred the share to two (2) director making the number of the shareholder to three (3) person.

This company is engaged in landscaping works, renovation, design work and to carry on the business of manufacturers, importers, and exporters, supplying product and retail business. With a total paid up capital of RM750,000.00
